Journeys track your progress automatically so you always know where you are and what is left to do.

Progress Indicators

Journey List View

In the Journey library, each Journey shows:

  • Status badge — Not Started, In Progress, or Completed
  • Progress bar — Visual indicator of how many steps are complete
  • Step count — e.g., "5 of 12 steps completed"

Inside a Journey

While working through a Journey, the step navigator shows:

  • Completed steps — Marked with a check icon
  • Current step — Highlighted and expanded
  • Upcoming steps — Dimmed but visible so you can see what is ahead
  • Skipped steps — Marked if you chose to skip them

Completing a Journey

A Journey is marked as Completed when all required steps are done. Some Journeys have optional bonus steps that are not required for completion.

When you complete a Journey:

  • A summary of what you accomplished is shown
  • Any documents or outputs generated during the Journey are saved in your workspace
  • You can revisit the Journey at any time to review the steps and outputs

Restarting a Journey

If you want to go through a Journey again:

  1. Open the completed Journey from the library.
  2. Click Restart to begin from step one.
  3. Previous outputs are preserved — the restart creates a new run.

Journey Outputs

Many Journeys produce deliverables as you work through them:

  • Documents (business plans, reports, analyses)
  • Spreadsheets (financial models, budgets)
  • Configurations (workspace settings, agent prompts)
  • Presentations (pitch decks, overviews)

These outputs are saved in your workspace's file system and can be accessed through the file browser or tab system.
