Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage your PropellerDeck subscription at any time from your account settings.
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Click your profile or account icon to open the account menu.
- Go to Settings and select the Plan or Billing section.
- Your current plan tier, next billing date, and payment method are displayed here.
Billing Cycle
Paid plans (Builder and Founder) are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you first upgraded. For example, if you upgraded on the 10th of the month, you will be billed on the 10th of each subsequent month.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Plan or Billing.
- Click the Cancel Subscription option.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
After cancellation, your account retains access to your current paid plan features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Once that period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
If a Payment Fails
If your monthly payment cannot be processed, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over a short period. During this time, your account access is retained. If Stripe is unable to collect payment after its retry attempts, your subscription is cancelled by Stripe and your account reverts to the Free plan. To avoid interruptions, make sure your payment method in Stripe remains up to date.
Updating Your Payment Method
Payment details are managed through Stripe. Contact support if you need assistance updating your card or payment information.
