Expert Feedback
Once your Expert Session moves to the Delivered stage, your feedback is ready to review. This article explains what is included and how to engage with it.
What's Included in Your Feedback
After the session concludes, the expert prepares a written feedback package, which may include:
- Written analysis and recommendations — A structured summary of the expert's findings, observations, and suggested actions based on what was reviewed.
- File attachments and artifacts — Supporting documents, annotated files, diagrams, or other materials the expert prepared during or after the session.
You are notified when your feedback is delivered. Navigate to Organization Dashboard > Expert Sessions and open your session to access everything.
Threaded Comments for Follow-Up
If you have questions or want to discuss specific points from the feedback, you can use the threaded comment feature directly on the session page. Comments are threaded, so conversations stay organised and in context. The expert may respond to your comments within the platform.
Downloading Attachments
Any files the expert attached are available for download from the session page. Click on an attachment to download it to your device.
Requesting a Follow-Up Session
If the initial feedback raises new questions or you need deeper exploration of a topic, you can request a follow-up session. From the delivered session page, use the Request Follow-Up option to submit a new session request linked to the original. See Booking a Session for details on the submission process.
