Managing Members
The Members section of your Organization Dashboard is where you control who has access to your PropellerDeck organization and what role each person holds.
Accessing the Members Section
Open the Organization Dashboard at /orgs/<org_id>/ and click Members in the left navigation. You will see a list of all current members along with their assigned roles.
Inviting a New Member
To add someone to your organization:
- Click Invite Member in the top-right corner of the Members section.
- Enter the person's email address in the input field.
- Select a role from the dropdown — Owner, Admin, Member, or Expert. See Roles and Permissions for a description of each role.
- Click Send Invitation.
PropellerDeck sends an email to the address you provided. The invitation appears under Pending Invitations until the recipient accepts it.
Pending Invitations
The Pending Invitations section shows all invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. You can resend or cancel an invitation from this list at any time.
Viewing the Member Roster
The member roster displays each member's name, email, and current role. You can use this view to confirm who has access to your organization and at what permission level.
Removing a Member
To remove someone from your organization, locate them in the member roster and click the Remove button next to their name. Removed members lose access immediately and will no longer see your organization's products, workspaces, or documentation.
