Profile Settings
Your profile settings let you personalize your PropellerDeck account by uploading a profile picture and selecting your institution. Keeping your profile up to date helps collaborators identify you across workspaces and organization projects.
Accessing Profile Settings
To open your account settings, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the PropellerDeck interface. From the dropdown menu, select Settings. This opens the Settings panel.
In the left-hand sidebar, make sure you are on the Profile & Account section. This is the default section when you first open Settings.
Uploading a Profile Picture
Under Profile & Account, locate the profile picture area at the top of the form. Click the Choose Image button to open a file picker. Select a JPG, PNG, or GIF image from your device. Once selected, your new picture previews immediately in the circular avatar area.
When you are happy with your selection, click the Save button at the bottom of the section to apply the change.
Selecting Your Institution
Below the profile picture, you will find an Institution dropdown. Click it and choose your institution from the list. If your institution does not appear, contact your organization administrator, as institutions must be configured at the organization level.
Click Save to confirm your selection.
