Submitting a Feature Request

If there is a feature you would like to see in PropellerDeck, you can submit a request directly from the platform. Feature requests are visible to the community, so others can vote on and comment on ideas you share.

How to Submit

There are two ways to access the feature request form:

Option 1 — From the Help dropdown: 1. Click the Help menu in the top navigation bar. 2. Select New Feature Request from the dropdown. 3. The submission form opens.

Option 2 — From the feature requests page: 1. Navigate to /feature-requests in your browser. 2. Click the New Request or Submit a Request button.

Filling In the Form

Complete the following fields:

  • Title — Write a clear, concise title that summarises the feature you are requesting. A good title helps others find and vote on your request.
  • Description — Explain the feature in detail. Describe the problem it would solve, how you imagine it working, and why it would be valuable. The more context you provide, the better the team can evaluate it.
  • Category — Select the category that best fits the feature (e.g. Workspaces, Chat, Billing, Integrations).

Once you are happy with your submission, click Submit. Your request is published and enters the community review process.

What Happens Next

After submission, your request is visible on the /feature-requests page with an Open status. Other users can upvote it and add comments. See Tracking Request Status to understand how requests progress.
