Tracking Feature Request Status

How to track the status of a feature request in PropellerDeck, and what each status label means.

Tracking Feature Request Status

Every feature request in PropellerDeck has a status label that tells you where it stands. You can track the status of any request — including ones you submitted or upvoted — from the /feature-requests page.

Status Labels

Open

The request has been submitted and is visible to the community. It is awaiting review by the PropellerDeck team. At this stage, voting and commenting are open and actively encouraged — upvotes and discussion help the team assess interest.

In Progress

The team has reviewed the request and is actively working on building the feature. This means it has made it onto the development roadmap and work has begun. The feature is not yet available.

Implemented

The feature has been built and released to the platform. You can start using it. The request is kept visible so users who were tracking it can see it has been delivered.

Closed

The request has been declined or marked as a duplicate of another request. A comment on the request may explain the reason. Closed requests are no longer being considered for implementation.

How to Check Status

  1. Go to /feature-requests.
  2. Find the request you want to track — use search or filters to locate it quickly.
  3. The status label is displayed next to the request title.

You can also open the request for more detail, including any official comments from the team about the decision or timeline.

Staying Informed

If you submitted or upvoted a request, you may receive notifications when its status changes. Check your notification preferences in your account settings to make sure these are enabled.
