Login Problems
If you are having trouble signing in to PropellerDeck, the steps below cover the most common causes and how to resolve them.
Wrong Credentials
The most frequent reason for a failed login is incorrect credentials. Before trying anything else:
- Double-check that you are entering the correct email address or username associated with your PropellerDeck account.
- Passwords are case-sensitive — ensure Caps Lock is not active and that you are typing your password exactly as set.
- If you have multiple accounts (e.g. a personal account and a work account), make sure you are using the credentials for the right one.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page:
- Go to the PropellerDeck login page.
- Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form.
- Enter your email address and follow the reset instructions.
For full details, see Password Reset.
Session Expired
If you were previously logged in and have been redirected back to the login page, your session has simply expired. Log in again with your email or username and password. Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity as a security measure.
Clear Browser Cookies and Cache
Stale or corrupted browser data can sometimes prevent a successful login. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then navigate back to the login page and try again. The process varies by browser — consult your browser's settings or help documentation for instructions.
Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
If clearing the cache does not help, try opening PropellerDeck in a different browser, or in an incognito (private) window in your current browser. This rules out browser extensions or persistent data as the cause.
If you are still unable to log in after trying these steps, contact support with your account email address and a description of the error you are seeing.
