Managing AI Employees
Once a PropellerDeck architect delivers your AI Employee, you can view and manage it from the AI Employees section of your Organization Dashboard.
Viewing Your Requests and Their Statuses
The AI Employees section displays all requests your organization has submitted, along with their current status. Each entry shows:
- The name and purpose you provided in the original request
- The current status: Pending, In Progress, or Completed
- The date the request was submitted and, for completed items, the delivery date
You can click any request to view the full details you originally submitted.
Viewing Completed AI Employees
Completed AI Employees appear in a separate list within the AI Employees section. Clicking on a completed AI Employee shows you:
- Its name and description
- The tools and skills it has been configured with
- The knowledge base and documents it can access
- Its current availability status within the organization
Configuring and Customizing After Delivery
After an AI Employee is delivered, you may be able to adjust certain settings depending on what the architect has made configurable. Common post-delivery customizations include:
- Updating the system prompt or behavioral guidelines
- Attaching additional documents to its knowledge base
- Enabling or disabling specific tools
- Assigning it to projects or workflows in FlowDeck
To make deeper structural changes to an AI Employee — such as adding entirely new tools or rebuilding its knowledge base — submit a follow-up request through the AI Employees section.
