Time Manager Tab
The Time Manager tab is your central hub for tracking time, viewing team availability, and planning capacity. It provides four distinct views, each focused on a different aspect of time management.
Opening the Time Manager Tab
Click the "+" button in the tab bar and select Time Manager. The tab opens on the Tasks Dashboard view by default.
The Four Views
Switch between views using the navigation links at the top of the tab.
Tasks Dashboard
The Tasks Dashboard shows your time bookings across all tasks. Each booking displays the task name, the date and duration recorded, and any notes attached to the entry. Use this view to review your own logged time or audit time recorded by your team.
To book time, click the + Book Time button, select the task you worked on, enter the duration and date, and click Save.
Users
The Users view displays team member availability and schedules. Each row represents a user, and the columns show their booked time across a selected date range. Use this view to see who is available for new work and avoid over-allocating individuals.
Analytics
The Analytics view provides reports on time usage across tasks, projects, and team members. Use the date range selector and grouping controls to generate the breakdown you need. Reports can be filtered by project, user, or task status.
Planner
The Planner view is a weekly capacity planning tool. It shows each team member's total available hours for the week alongside their currently booked hours, so you can spot gaps and distribute work evenly before the week begins.
Tips
- Time bookings link directly to tasks, so the time you log is visible in the Project Browser Tab as well.
